The employees were interested, I was really nervous the doctors were helping me to relax. I was not faced with a problem about English, there was not any question left in my mind. I decide to do a gastric sleeve surgery to feel confident and comfortable, self confidence is very important to each person. It was a definitely good choice, I felt so comfortable because I had all the needed information ahead from consultant Ömer, he made me ready to step in a new healthy life. The clinic was very clean, cozy and had amazing staff working there. All medical help people has been so pleasant and supportive. Thank you to guide me through Ömer and Zendel, as well as big thanks to the surgeon and dietician Hatige.

An excellent experience of service from Dr Cem and his team. Everything was explained at initial contact and all questions answered with clarity. From the moment I landed the entire team has been so supportive and really took good care of me. Dr Cem’s invaluable experience made the procedure very smooth. The aftercare and guidance has been amazing too which is helping me get back to normality very smoothly.

From the initial consultation to arriving at the clinic, the communication and information were brilliant from the whole team. I traveled on my own from the UK and never once felt unsafe. The aftercare was 5 stars. Every medicine was explained as what to drink/eat for the next few weeks. It is more expensive than other clinics after doing some research but the extra money is totally worth it for a procedure done correctly with the best aftercare and team.

I had gastric sleeve surgery at Apera 10 months ago and I’m 7 stone down, best thing I've ever done! Didn’t have any problems whatsoever, all went smoothly and the care was absolutely amazing! Beautiful hotels and the hospital was so nice! I was really nervous and scared before I went but as soon as I got there I felt safe🙂 the nurses were brilliant too. I had my surgery with Aktif at vital hospital with Dr Ibrahim Agackiran on the 4th of July 2023. Dr Ibrahim is great, seems to know what he’s doing and is very professional. The surgery went well, and I’m currently down 7 kg in 1 week!! Here are some pros and cons of the surgery and some things to think about if you want to have the surgery. Pros: +The surgeons/doctors at the facility are very professional and good at their job. +The guide/translator Luca was great, super nice and helpful. +I feel great after the surgery but it's a huge adjustment. +They’ve been very helpful at answering all my questions now afterwards and they are quick to reply to you. Cons: - Most of the nurses at the facility don’t speak English so it’s hard to communicate with them but they are very friendly and try their best to help you. -I wasn't given proper info/instructions about my medications (especially the blood thinner syringes I had to give myself). I had to kinda figure it out on my own. I wish they would have shown me how to do it while I was at the hospital. -I wasn’t told how to properly care for the wounds/incisions after the surgery so two of them are infected now. I tried to care for them to the best of my ability and they will hopefully clear out in a couple of days with the antibiotics. -Doctors in Sweden don’t want to help me as much now because I’ve had surgery abroad.

I am very grateful for the care I received at CLINIC CENTER. My life has been spent struggling with my excess weight. Finally, I gathered all my courage and decided to have gastric sleeve surgery and started looking at options in Turkey. Reviews about Clinic Center were very successful and impressed me a lot. Very pleased with cataract surgery in Izmir. Everything went as the plan suggested. Met at airport, from there on in contact with me until final assessment. Picked up dropped off and escorted through all clinic visits. Clinic so clean, very thorough, and everything explained to me. So supportive. Very pleased with outcome. The hotel was fabulous. Quite happy with how the entire procedure went from start to finish. Claudia especially had been extremely accommodating and present throughout the day and night whenever needed. Highly recommend 10/10.

I can’t recommend Bridgehealth enough. Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Irem is amazing from video calls to making you feel so at ease even 3 mths after surgery checking up on me. I had so many nerves but Irem made my stay so easy. The aftercare is also amazing x

Sehr gut organisiertes Krankenhaus, freundliches Personal auf allen Ebenen. In den Krankenhaus herrscht ein gutes Betriebsklima, da hält man sich gerne auf. Mit der Lieben Julia war ich sehr besonders zufrieden. Sie ist menschlich, freundlich, kompetent und besitzt die Fähigkeit gut zu erklären und Ängste zu nehmen. Julia geht heute immer noch sofort auf meine Probleme ein und berät mich dementsprechend. Sie ist „die Ehrlichkeit“. Sehr zu Empfehlen! Vielen lieben Dank liebe Julia ♥️

I underwent gastric sleeve surgery on October 30, 2023. I'm now back home in Germany and I'm doing very well. The stay at Anatolia was very pleasant. 1 word amazing. Became friends with the beautiful Sezin over a period of 2 years due to covid I waited so long for my surgery. From start to finish Dr Metin Kernadiz and Sezin and his team were behind me 1 hundred percent checking in see how I was, answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. Explained everything from start to finish. Had every test done when I arrived. Came home with all my medication reports, leaflets, do's and dont's, telephone numbers. Only 1 regret I didn't do it years ago. 9 weeks post op 39lbs down. Can't thank you all enough 1 happy lady and a friend for life.

Losing weight, feeling good, energetic, happy, dreams coming true, confident, active sex drive, sleeping better and the list goes on. The surgery is the best investment I have ever made. I can’t recommend this place enough! From the moment I stepped off the plane I was looked after and made to feel so welcome and safe. The surgeons were absolutely amazing, the nurses were attentive and so caring, I don’t have a bad word to say. The service from start to finish was faultless. From the information provided via text, being picked up from in a luxury vehicle, to the hospital staff nothing was too much trouble. This was all down to Fatih Ozturk the coordinator. He was always available to answer any questions from start to finish. I had a Gastric Sleeve, the only pain I suffered was the trapped wind, was given pain relief which helped. The surgeon Dr Bora Koc came to see me twice a day during my stay. I have been given medication to take home with me and contact numbers for advice/support if needed. It was Fatih Ozturk who made this journey happen for me would not hesitate to use him again.
