I had gastric sleeve surgery with Clinic Center 6 months ago and it was one of the best decisions I made! From the moment I contacted them they were really professional, they made me feel at ease by answering all of my questions and giving me lots of information. It was so easy to schedule my surgery with them. When me and my wife arrived in Istanbul they picked us up from the airport and bring us to a very nice hotel. The next day I got to meet my surgeon. He was really nice, calming and professional. All of my anxieties were cleared after meeting the surgeon. My wife was able to stay at the hospital with me for the moral support. I wasn't in pain after the surgery. The nurses were checking up on me a lot. The surgeon came to see me after the surgery as well. They gave me detailed information about what to expect after the surgery. Once I came back home Clinic Center's aftercare team contacted me to check up on my recovery. I was about 330lbs before I had the surgery and I lost 42lbs in 6 months which makes me feel amazing. I'm still losing weight and I cannot wait until I reach my ideal weight. Thank you Clinic Center for helping me to have a healthier life. I've been recommending you guys to my family and friends, you guys are the best!

Overall experience of Vanity is positive. On the whole a little impersonal but for me that worked fine. My surgeon was excellent and I am very pleased with the results (I had a breast lift with implants). My patient coordinator (Umut) was great and very informative - he guided me through the process on the day of surgery and made me feel at ease. My day nurse was lovely and spoke English well however the nightshift nurse was very rude and spoke little English, she refused to help me out of bed in the middle of the night when I wasn’t able to pull myself up (having just had surgery) and used google translator to tell me I should learn how to do these things alone. The drivers were also great and very helpful, So overall a positive experience but the night nurse let things down for me

Having researched months prior and having had colleagues who went to other hospitals in Turkey for similar procedures my gut feeling was to go with Sam Patient services, purely due to the diligence and effort put into reassuring all my reservations and queries. I have never met such humble, honest and empathetic working professionals given that I come from medical background. The level of honesty and sincerity was out of this world. Care provided from the beginning of enquiry to day of discharge from; Gokmen his colleague my amazing Surgeon Dr Serhat Buldur and all the nurses including the cleaners, caterers, the VIP drivers with the smooth fast transition of transport to and from destinations which were already present and waiting on our arrival and the admin staff was impeccable and delivered at Gold Standard to say the least. I have already suggested multiple people from UK and I’ve only been back day!!!. That’s how happy I was with the level of service, care and honesty provided to me along my personal journey. May they be blessed to continue the hard work, commitment and care they provide for struggling individuals who commit to entrusting their lives, vulnerabilities, fears and emotions into the hands of such good noble and humble people.

I have just had a neck and face lift including liposuction through Clinics United in Antalya, Turkey. I have never had treatment before and was treated very well by Josef on WhatsApp and I was met by Maksim at the airport who stayed with me throughout my treatment. He took me to and from the hospital, and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this professional service.

Had my revision from sleeve to mini bypass a week ago. I cannot believe the amount of care and the quality of it I received. My surgeon was Dr Türkay Belen, and he was so kind, understanding, and gentle, that it put me at ease instantly. He took his time with me, explained everything, he was checking up on me. The nurses were amazing and very caring, and there was nothing impossible for them- even if there was a language barrier at times, the translator came in handy and that didn’t stop them from helping me as best as I could to be comfortable and well. The hospital was clean and nice, I had my private room. All the tests were done prior and results were discussed with doctors before anything. The op went well and I’m 7kgs lighter in a week! Last but not least…. The coordinator, Asli- a wonderful, warm, understanding, lovely human being. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and less nervous. I was there alone so it was quite hard for me, but she was there when I needed her, helping with everything from explaining stuff to even helping me pack my luggage back after the surgery. Her English is brilliant and she is just so caring and thoughtful in her way with patients, I can’t fault anything at all. I was a bit suspicious as I couldn’t find any negative reviews about AYT anywhere at all… but now I know, that it’s because THERE ISNT ANYTHING NEGATIVE AT ALL! :) highly recommend the AYT clinic, I will deffo be back for plastics!

The hospital and the team could not do enough for me very helpful. I went for gastric sleeve surgery, naturally I was a little weary. I have just had a gastric sleeve. What an experience from being picked up by Rus in a beautiful air-conditioned luxury minibus to arriving at the hospital and being welcomed by the staff. I showed my passport and gave my details. Then I was taken to my private air-conditioned room with wardrobe and on suite bathroom. I had my blood taken and then told to rest as it was late in the evening. The next morning I was taken for various tests and scans. I also met the surgeon who made me very relaxed and explained everything to me. I was given a gown and surgical stockings. My time came and I had my surgery. The clinic is very professional and the nurses were very attentive. I can’t thank them enough I would highly recommend elective surgery here.
