I have been to see numerous dentists over the past 2 years as I felt extremely underconfident and wanted to feel better in myself, all I got offered however was a denture which constantly caused discomfort and did not fit correctly. I didn't feel as if the dentists I had been to see had my best interests at heart and I was constantly experiencing problems. This has had a detrimental effect on my self-esteem and I felt at rock bottom until Dr Sabri agreed to help me. He offered me several different treatment options and I decided to go ahead with the bridgework on my upper jaw. The team at Novusklinik made me feel at ease and I have been today to have my bridgework fitted and I cannot begin to explain how ecstatic I am with the work and how much of a difference it has made to my life. For anybody who has ever experienced these issues will understand where I am coming from. I would just like to say how grateful I am to you all and I highly recommend your practice and your team. I’m so impressed with that clinic! I’ve been in a few countries in dentist clinics and this one is the best from reception to dentist. The team is amazing and very professional! The lady Ruken is so friendly and helpful, she was helping us with all information even on late evening on WhatsApp! Dentist Oguzhan so quickly sorted out my problem that 2 dentists before couldn’t! Explain everything during the treatment and answered all questions! It was so lovely that me and my husband during our holiday could sort out our teeth so quickly and comfortable! We learned of Prisma Dental through International Living during one of their conferences in Costa Rica. They gave a presentation and I spoke with one of their representatives at their table during the conference. My husband and I both needed dental work. His was going to be extremely expensive in the US, so we took the leap and made an appointment online with Luis at Prisma Dental and traveled back to Costa Rica. My husband was extremely apprehensive and wanted complete sedation, but Dr Nadine Rubinstein was so gentle that she was able to remove 13 tooth roots with just numbing. He had no pain during the procedure or that evening. By the next day they had his very natural looking dentures ready! He will be back in 6 months for implants. I needed bonding on my lower front teeth and a cracked back molar fixed. I, too, was apprehensive, but with a mild sedative, Dr. Carolina Nunez built up the back molar and bonded nine lower teeth - all painlessly. The next day, she permanently cemented the new back molar. One can't even tell I had any work done - each bonding is seamless. From arranging for the appointment with Luis to being incredibly kind when we walked in the front door - topped off with the terrific work they did, it was a great experience - and the cost was a fraction of what we would have paid in the US.

Great location, clean facilities, good prices. The doctors and staff are wonderful. They listen to your needs, they make it a point to do their best to accommodate you.

I had a really great experience at Denti Vitale. The facility is very clean. It was no fuss. I had composite fillings put on to my front teeth. I had many dentist tell me no, that I need canine to canine veneers. I did not want to get veneers because your teeth are shaven down when you get veneers. Denti did not question or oppose my wishes. The procedure was also very quick, all done within 30 minutes. I am happy with the results. I will most likely come back here when it is time to redo them.

Dr. Shah is very professional and made me feel very comfortable during all of the procedures. She explained in advance what she was about to do any and explained if there was going to be any pain or other discomfort.
